Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your Snail Mail Subscription

The Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription. The current subscription price is displayed on the product page and when you sign up.

Shipping is included in the subscription price.

The subscription continues indefinitely, with no minimum commitment period, and renews automatically every month until you cancel it.

Your first payment is charged immediately when you subscribe. After that, your Snail Mail Club subscription is billed automatically each month using your saved payment method. You can check your next billing date at any time in your subscription management page.

Each payment covers one monthly edition. Payments and shipping take place at different times, so another payment may be charged before your first Snail Mail edition has arrived. That payment will cover the next edition.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Snail Mail Club subscription at any time through the subscription management section of your customer account.

To avoid another charge, you must cancel before your next billing date. You can find this date in your subscription management page.

Already Paid Editions

Any editions you have already paid for will still be shipped as scheduled, even after you cancel your subscription.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. Orders that have already been placed are not automatically cancelled or refunded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Signup Deadline

The 20th of each month is the signup deadline for the following month's edition.

The signup deadline determines which edition you receive first. It does not affect your individual monthly billing date.

If you subscribe on or before the 20th, you will receive the following month's edition.

If you subscribe on or after the 21st, your Snail Mail Club subscription will begin with the edition for the month after next.

Example: If you subscribe on or before October 20, your first edition will be the November edition. If you subscribe on or after October 21, your first edition will be the December edition.

Shipping and Delivery

I usually send out each Snail Mail edition towards the end of the previous month from Switzerland, so that it can arrive as close as possible to the beginning of its edition month. For example, the November edition is shipped at the end of October.

Actual delivery dates depend on the destination country and postal transit times. Delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping is already included in the subscription price.

All Snail Mail editions are shipped without tracking.
